Tsamadhi Riding School is located in one of the poorest countries in the world-Mozambique. I often question the meaning of 'poor'. People are happy, friendly, relaxed and from which I'm daily met with a smile. People can spend a whole day relaxing in their back yard, with a little stand of 5 tomatoes x 3 piles and some cabbage for sale, possibly some salt and a few other items. And yet you see them there, happily day in, and day out. They live a simple life, the 1st world countries problems do not excist here, problems here are real, and yet, they're dealt with by most, with a smile. People have so little yet so much. I sometimes have to stop and appreciate all I have and what I have achieved- as my upbringing doesn't allow me to appreciate what I have, but always strive for more, forgetting to enjoy the moment.
Happiness is simple, and it's the small things in life that matters! I will continue telling myself not to forget not to rush thru life, and enjoy what I have now! :)
